2005
Start of the company's activities doing customization in high-end apartments.
2006
Start of retrofit services in commercial buildings.
2010
Acquisition of area for future incorporation and construction of a Residential Building in Arujá/SP (Plaza Valencia Building).
2011
Acquisition in partnership with Planalto Empreendimentos Imobiliários, of the area for development and construction of a Residential Building in Arujá/SP (Piazza Navona Building).
2013
Start of work on the Piazza Navona and Plaza Valencia Buildings.
2016
Delivery of the Piazza Navona and Plaza Valencia projects Acquisition of area for future development and construction of a Residential Building in Arujá/SP (Sorrento Building) Acquisition of area for future development and construction in Hortolândia/SP Establishment of a partnership with the Tanaka and Indaia de Oticas networks for the implementation of stores.
2018
Launch of the Residential Edifício Sorrento
Acquisition of area in Arujá/SP for incorporation and construction of houses in a residential complex (Vila dos Ipês)
Certification in the “Brazilian Habitat Quality and Productivity Program” the PBQP-H in August 2018.
2019
Launch of Residencial Vila dos Ipês in Arujá-SP.
2020
100% of units sold Edifício Sorrento and Residencial Vila dos Ipês, works in progress, survey of future areas for future development and construction of residential developments.
2023
Acquisition of the area in Aruja for the Haia project and start of implementation of the Quartieri project in Jundiaí.
